Equality or Equity?

Differentiation in the classroom is an important skill for teachers to give learners the best chance at learning, regardless of their strengths and weaknesses!

We as teachers and facilitators, first have to identify the environment we are providing to our learners. Equity should be focused than Equality because equality only works if every learner starts from the same place which seldom happens. Every classroom has mixed ability learners.

Myself Irum Islam, Academic Coordinator at Root Millennium Schools Nowshera Campus.

I am into education for past 13 years. Teaching in different schools has literally groomed me. 

I believe teaching is a throughout learning process and that should be spread over. I am
